LD Bar Stacking Machine

The machine can picks up LD bars and spacers from wafer frame and stack them precisely into coating fixture. Designed for arranging Bar strips in the optical communication and highpower laser chip industries onto coating jigs for auxiliary processes.

Bar and Spacer Materials: Si, GaAs, InP, and other semiconductor materials.
